With a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor’s Degree from Iowa State University, Wei brings nearly a decade of expertise in structural design within the precast concrete industry. Operating remotely from Florida, Wei specializes in providing design assistance and optimizing panel connection layouts, showcasing a strong dedication to engineering excellence and innovation.

Wei has contributed to the engineering of award-winning buildings, including projects such as the PCI Design Award 2022 winner in the Best Schools K-12 category and the 2023 Harry H. Edwards Industry Advancement Honorable Mention project.

During his free time, Wei enjoys hiking and exploring National Parks, having ventured to over 70% across the nation! He also enjoys watching and playing basketball and visiting Disney parks with his family.
