Meet The Team

Neil McKnight serves as the Drafting Manager at Gage Brothers, where he leads the Drafting Department by scheduling, planning, and developing strategies to enhance the team’s capabilities. With a strong focus on continuous training and cross-training, Neil fosters a collaborative environment that benefits both the team and the customers. His passion for finding innovative solutions and close coordination with the production team have been key to his success in this role.

Neil holds an Associate’s degree in architecture and brings over 13 years of industry experience, with significant contributions made during his time at Gage Brothers. Outside of work, Neil is actively involved in his community as the Corporate Secretary and Treasurer for his local church, and he enjoys mountain biking and hiking during his free time.
