Mike Wagner serves as the Vice President of Design at Gage Brothers, where he brings over 26 years of experience in the precast industry. His role focuses on leading the design and quality teams, with a passion for innovation and ensuring architectural and structural excellence. Mike is deeply committed to delivering high-quality precast solutions, specializing in design integrity, product innovation, product quality, architectural design, code compliance, research, and development.

With an Engineering degree from North Dakota State University, Mike is a licensed Professional Engineer across several states, including Minnesota, South Dakota, and Iowa. He’s an active member of PCI committees, where his industry knowledge and hands-on approach to design keep him connected to the latest trends and innovations in precast.

When not leading innovative projects, Mike enjoys spending time with his family at their lake cabin, deer hunting, golfing, and pursuing home improvement projects.
