Meet The Team

As Operations Manager, Mike manages all things operations from the start of production at Redi Mix through the final step of shipping precast to the job site including overseeing workflow, processes, production dates, and schedules.

Mike Hoxter’s story at Gage Brothers started back in 2011 when he was hired as a Quality Control Technician.  Since then, he has been QC Lead I, QC Lead II, QC Supervisor, Concrete Systems and Facilities Manager, and Architectural Products Manager.  Throughout these different positions, Mike has expected excellence not just from himself, but also from his team. 

Mike is an avid golfer who plays at a competitive amateur level and is active in supporting CASA and the Boys and Girls Club of Tucson AZ.
