Meet The Team

Curt Gear, a graduate of Iowa State University’s College of Business, has been deeply ingrained in the precast industry from a young age, following in the footsteps of his father, a former chief engineer. As the Business Development Manager at Gage Brothers, Curt is focused on cultivating new client relationships and identifying promising project opportunities. He has a passion for ICC 500 shelter design, reflecting his commitment to enhancing safety in educational environments.

Curt is an active member of several industry associations, including AIA Iowa Allied, TACE, Master Builders of Iowa, Central Iowa Architects Section, Building Enclosure Council, Structural Engineers Association of Iowa, ASPE Central Iowa, Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association, and CSI Central Iowa Chapter. His dedication extends into his community involvement where he supports local disaster relief efforts, volunteers at Wildwood Hills Ranch, and facilitates a cancer support group.

An outdoor enthusiast, Curt enjoys a range of activities from hunting and fishing to golf and pickleball. He also has fun watching his children’s sporting events.
